Our firm is established as on 12th October 2012 as “V Kishore Kumar and Associates” now Re-constituted as “K A R A & Associates” and consists of eight partners and out of which Seven partners are Fellow members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). One of the partner is specialized in IFRS and one partner has qualified as “Insolvency Resolution Professional” (IRP) in the Examination held by The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and three partners are qualified in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection course conducted by ICAI. One of the partner is a qualified Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of India.Two partners are qualified in DISA conducted by ICAI. Our firm includes a work force of 102 persons (Including Partners, Articles Paid Assistants & Support staff). Our Team includes three ex-bankers who is having a vast experience of 25 years in the field of Bank and Financial Consultancy covering various branches in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.
