MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th June, 2025 S.O. 2729(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, hereby designates the Court mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Courts for the purposes of providing speedy trial of offences under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 435 of the said Act, namely: — Table
